The works included design, construction and verification of 6m deep cement mixed columns beneath a cement stabilised mattress. The mattress was topped with MoT and compacted. In addition, Redstart removed asbestos lined water pipes and installed drainage headwalls as part of a programme to improve the site’s drainage.
