Remediation, Environmental Consultancy and Demolition Experts
We are a dedicated team of professionals delivering a range of services to the construction industry, including desk studies and site investigation, enabling works, contaminated land remediation, geo-environmental consultancy and sustainable demolition.
At redstart we listen to your requirements, think about them and aim to provide a solution that delivers on time & budget, every time.
Redstart believe that early engagement with the regulatory authorities is the best way to ensure the project is regulatory compliant and to ensure a collaborative approach is maintained. This pays dividends when seeking regulatory approval of the remediation verification which can often hold up land transactions if not managed properly.
Risk Management & Added Value
Let redstart manage the risks in the ground through fixed price remediation and enabling works packages. Redstart understand the construction life cycles and can add value by the careful management of materials generated during the demolition and remediation enabling works process.
We are based in the Northwest and carry out commissions nationwide. We can respond quickly to your needs and evolving requirements.
"As your work is now reaching an end on the site in Rochdale I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your help in dealing with this site and the Widnes project. Both sites were very different by nature of their topography and environmental considerations. The challenges presented by the sites were not only complex but dynamic. It was a pleasure to work with a remediation contractor who could deal with the issues presented by the sites with ease and in a professional manner"
"Redstart is without doubt one of the best remediation companies I have had the pleasure of working with. Redstart responded quickly to all of the project demands at our St Helens Site and were able to maintain the fixed price despite significant changes to the project goals imposed during the works. Redstart lead negotiations with the regulators and ensured a phased project sign off, delivered ahead of schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
"We have delivered numerous projects over the North West with Redstart being the selected remediation specialist. They are professional and understand how we operate as a business, so we can rest assured that they will resolve the remediation in the right way using the right solutions working closely with our consultants. Wharton Green is the latest of this type of project and was delivered on-time, within budget, and met the demands of the remediation strategy, so we are very pleased."
"In my experience working with Restart for many years, I have found them to be approachable and professional, they are a safety conscious business and accommodating when it comes to site meetings and site presentation. They also pass on valuable information and keep you up to date with progress and site issues, on all the sites Redstart have completed for us work is completed to programme targets."
