Tasks included earthworks to re-profile the site, engineering of upfilled soils for a mixed VSC/Strip footing foundation solution, management of contaminated soils, removal of all relict foundations, generation of recycled aggregates and clean cover soils. Temporary works included excavations for retaining walls, installation of piling platforms and construction of compound areas for the developer.
